We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world.
However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to.
If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about personalized products?
The products we make by hand in personal manufacture takes between 3-7 days
(depending on the product itself)
after we finish the product by hand we ship within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location, These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we have a package tracking service on the website which is in the menu above and you can track your shipment easily.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
seldom sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


During 'sale' periods we experience high traffic on our store so please allow an extra 7 business days to be added onto the expected delivery date - we offer delivery assurance and if you have not received your product within the expected delivery date we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.

Shipping lost:

If the shipment is lost, you must ask the shipping company for a written confirmation which the shipping company confirms that they have lost the package.
The letter must be with the shipping company logo and an approved signature of the shipping company.

It is very important to note as stated in the site policies, products that are in personal preparation have no refund on the products they are made especially for you.
For the reason that the same product will no longer be available to sell or store with us.
Once you order a product that is specifically for you it remains just yours.

If 90 days have passed since the shipment was sent and you did not receive your products or the post office confirms that they lost your shipment only in such a situation we make a refund or prepare a new shipment especially for you and resend at no extra cost.
